 DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO BUY?

Registration is not necessary to buy. If you register it will be quicker for you to buy and to request information.

 CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?

Yes, you can do it while you are checking out or you can find the link on the homepage.

 HOW CAN I COMPLETE AN ORDER?

Click on the product you want to buy, select the amount of products and confirm your choice by clicking the “add to the cart” button. Proceed following the given instructions.  If you need any further help, please contact us by sending an e-mail to assistenza@fitoben.it.

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

You will receive your order in 3-5 business days.

 HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our courier will deliver your order during business days at the address you provide. In the event of failure, he will leave you a notice so you can contact him and book another delivery.

 WHAT DOES IT HAPPEN IF I DO NOT CONTACT THE COURIER AFTER THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT?

The courier will provide a second attempt within 2 business days after the first delivery. If also r the second attempt fails, you will receive a notice reporting the address of the courier headquarter where you can go to collect your parcel within a business week.

 WHAT DOES IT HAPPEN IF I DO NOT COLLECT MY PARCEL AFTER THE TWO FAILED DELIVERIES?

On expiry of the period, the parcel will go back to Fitoben and you will be refunded, but a deduction for shipping fees will be applied. If the parcel is listed as “delivered” on the courier website it is not possible to open a dispute.

 HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

You can pay with credit card, PayPal or credit transfer.

 HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?

If a product is temporarily out of stock, Fitoben will let you know before completing your order.

 WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT WANT A PRODUCT ANYMORE?

If you changed your mind about a product you ordered, you can change it within 10 business days from delivery date. You also have to send us an official note by registered mail or by e-mail at assistenza@fitoben.it (see “Rights of cancellation” in Legal notes).

 CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM THE CART?

You can remove items from your cart before the payment.

 IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No, there isn’t.

 IS THERE ANY SHIPPING FEE?

If you spend less than 29 euros you will have to pay a shipping fee, otherwise for more than 29 euros shipping is free of charge. For more information look at our homepage or at the summary of your order.

 HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary of your order.

 CAN I CHECK WHERE IS MY ORDER DURING SHIPPING?

Yes, you can check it through the tracking code provided by the courier via e-mail at the end of your purchase.

 WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCT OR UNCOMPLETE ORDER?

Please, contact us via e-mail at assistenza@fitoben.it within 8 business days. If the number of parcels is not correct or the packing is damaged, you have to challenge with the courier before signing the delivery receipt. We don’t accept objections for visible damage after you sign the courier receipt.

 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, Fitoben ships only in Italy.

PRODUCTS

 DO PRODUCTS HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

Yes, each product has a production date and a “best before” date both on labelling and packaging.

 WHAT ARE THE CAPSULES MADE OF?

Fitoben capsules are made of vegetal gelatin. We use Vcaps®, certified capsules suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

 DO FITOBEN PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY CHEMICAL ADDITIVES?

Fitoben makes its products without additives, artificial coloring or artificial flavoring.

 DO FITOBEN PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY GMO?

Our supply firms provide us dry extracts with a “GMO free” certification.

 DO FITOBEN PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALLERGENIC SUBSTANCES?

The presence of allergenic substances (as gluten, lactose or soy) is clearly indicated on the label, on the case and on website specifications. It is not guaranteed suitability for coeliac or for people with strong allergies or intolerances to certain ingredients.

 CAN FITOBEN PRODUCTS INTERFERE WITH SOME MEDICINES?

We clearly state on the product each possible interference between Fitoben supplements and medicines. If you suffer from chronic diseases, it is always better to ask your doctor before buying supplements.

 DO SYRUPS CONTAIN ANY ADDED SUGAR?

Fitoben syrups do not contain added sugar.  Syrups are fructose (fruit’s natural sugar) based. Fructose has a low glycemic index and does not interfere with the release of insulin.

 WHAT DOES E.S.T. MEAN?

E.S.T. means standardized herbal extract.

 WHAT DOES STANDARDIZED MEAN?

A standardized herbal extract has a specific quantity of guaranteed components that keep a standardized effectiveness.

 FROM WHAT AGE IS SAFE TO USE SUPPLEMENTS?

Supplements are safe starting from the age of 3 on. A medical consult is advised in order to get more information about the product that suits your children best.

 WHERE CAN I FIND FITOBEN PRODUCTS, BESIDES THE E-COMMERCE?

You can order our products in every pharmacy and para-pharmacy in Italy. For more information about the distribution of our products, please call 003902.2567136.

 CAN I OPEN THE CAPSULES IF I CANNOT SWALLOW THEM?

Yes, you can open our capsules and take them with some water or juice. The content of the capsules may have a strong taste due to its natural origin.

 HOW CAN I FIND A PRODUCT IF I CANNOT REMEMBER ITS NAME?

In our glossary you can find all the plants contained in our products and track back what you need.

 ARE THE SUPPLEMENTS AUTHORIZED BY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH?

Fitoben notifies and registers all its supplements to the Ministry of Health, as required by the legislation.

 MAY I CITE FITOBEN SUPPLEMENTS IN MY TAX RETURNS?

No, our supplements are not medical supplies, so they can’t be cited as medical expenses.   

 DOES FITOBEN PRODUCE ON ITS OWN OR DOES IT RELY ON THIRD PARTIES?

Fitoben produces itself all its supplements in the factory of Milan. It relies on third parties for its cosmetic line, especially designed for Fitoben.

 IS THE PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Fitoben uses glass, plastic and paper that can be separated and recycled.
