Phosphatidylcholine: it is derived from soya lecithin. It improves the functionality of the cell membranes and facilitate the motion of fats through them. It favors the correct lipid metabolism of the cholesterol, facilitating the incorporation of excessing HDL and its disposal.
Conjugated linoleic acid(CLA): it is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that belongs to the omega 6 family, and that is derived from the safflower seeds. It facilitates the reduction of adipose deposits, augmenting the thermogenesis and reducing the accumulation of triglyceride. It helps to develop the lean body mass and to reduce the lipids.

Uso da anni i prodotti della Fitoben per il benessere della pelle e gli integratori per rinforzare l’organismo e contrastare i disturbi stagionali. Ma a seguito dei cambiamenti ormonali legati all’avanzare dell’età ed al rallentamento del metabolismo, ho dovuto affrontare il cambiamento del giro vita dove il grasso ahimé, si è accumulato maggiormente.
Ne ho parlato con gli esperti della Fitoben e ho provato ad inserire regolarmente l’integratore naturale CLAFOS. Dopo solo un paio di mesi i grassi localizzati su pancia, fianchi si sono notevolmente ridotti con un effetto drenante anche sulle cosce. Dopo 4 mesi ho notato anche una maggiore tonicità dei muscoli delle gambe. Risultato?
