Griffonia®: a natural remedy that promotes the maintenance of normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being. Natural supplement that balances sleep and improves hunger control.

Based on Griffonia simplicifolia, a plant that naturally contains 5-HTP, a precursor of serotonin which can therefore compensate for a serotonin deficiency itself. Serotonin affects many brain functions such as sleep and appetite, and a lack of it can lead to depression and anxiety, sleep disorders and appetite imbalance.

Griffonia® is useful for maintaining the mood and to combat mild depressions (not the most severe endogenous forms), improves disorders due to anxiety and nervousness and facilitates night rest when this is compromised by agitation, Helps relaxation and mental well-being. Also useful for controlling nervous hunger as it reduces factors, such as anxiety, depression or nervousness, that induce a compensation in food.

Gymnema silvestre: a natural remedy that reduces the desire for sugars and helps reduce their absorption, Promotes the control of hunger and acts favorably on the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

Gymnema silvestre reduces the desire for sugars by suppressing the perception of sweet taste and reducing the absorption of glucose in the intestine. Scientific studies have shown a decrease in blood glucose in subjects with insulin-dependent and non-insulin-dependent glycemic dysfunction. Useful as an adjunct in glycemic disorders, it reduces the desire for sugars. Suppresses the perception of sweet taste and reduces glucose absorption in the intestine. In healthy subjects does not change blood sugar.
