Griffonia ® – Stress and sleep care: mood
Griffonia® is a natural remedy that promotes the maintenance of normal mood tone, relaxation and mental well-being. Natural supplement that balances sleep and improves the control of hunger.
Griffonia simplicifolia naturally contains 5-HTP, a precursor of serotonin so it can make up for a deficiency of serotonin itself. Serotonin affects many brain functions such as sleep and appetite, and a deficiency of serotonin can lead to depression and anxiety, sleep disturbances, and loss of appetite.
It already acts with maximum effectiveness in a couple of weeks. A cure of at least 3 months is recommended, it can also be taken for long periods as it has no side effects.
Griffonia® is useful to maintain mood and to combat mild depressions (not the most severe endogenous forms), improves disorders due to anxiety and nervousness and facilitates night rest if this is impaired by agitation, helps relaxation and mental well-being. Also useful for the control of nervous hunger as it reduces the factors, such as anxiety, depression or nervousness, that induce compensation in food.
GRIFFONIA AND THE POWER OF ITS NATURAL PHYTO-COMPLEX:
Griffonia simplicifolia is a leguminous plant of African origin also called “African bean” for the seeds contained in a pod, large as a coffee bean. It is a natural source of serotonin being rich in fact of 5-HTP, its precursor.
The extract of Griffonia that uses Fitoben, comes directly from the seeds of the plant, thus maintaining unchanged the power of the phytocomplex or the whole set of active ingredients present in the plant in nature.
The 20% titration of 5-HTP guarantees the active percentage of hydroxytryptophan. The combined action of titration with the synergy of Griffonia phytocomplex substances, optimizes the beneficial effect of natural extract in the product.
