Menomin – Menopause, before and after
Menomin is a natural supplement whose components help to counteract pre/post and menopause disorders. In fact, they help to alleviate physical and psychophysical problems that give consequences such as nervousness and mood changes, loss of minerals and osteoporosis, fatigue, insomnia and flushing.
Prolonged use prevents these problems, due to hormonal deficiency.

Horse tail: it is re-mineralizing thanks to its mineral and organ-soluble silica content. Useful against tiredness and to improve the absorption and use of osseous calcium.
Chaste tree: a female-specific sedative thathas a progesterone-like and hormonal balance action.
Hawthorn: it facilitates relax and helps to diminish palpitation.

uso menomin ormai da qualche anno, ma non è stato l’unico, ne ho provati diversi prima di arrivare a menomin che ho trovato veramente efficace. Ne ho avuto la prova quando sono rimasta senza. Non dico che elimini completamente i sintomi della menopausa tra cui le famigerate scalmane, ma sicuramente le riduce e le rende inoffensive, così come aiuta anche l’umore.

Ho iniziato ad usare Menomin poco tempo fa, ma posso già dire che lo trovo molto efficace. Le palpitazioni improvvise, erano la cosa che più mi infastidiva, ma sono già diminuite considerevolmente.
Continuerò sicuramente ad usarlo
